Faculty and Staff Management

  • Performance Management : Evaluates the performance of faculty and staff, providing feedback and support for professional growth.
  • Promotion and Tenure : Recommends faculty promotions and tenure decisions based on academic performance and contributions.

Student Engagement and Support

  • Student Affairs : Oversees the student experience, including academic advising, mentorship, and resolving student concerns related to academic matters.
  • Curriculum Alignment : Ensures the programs meet the needs of students while preparing them for careers in management and leadership roles.
  • Alumni Relations : Builds and maintains relationships with alumni for networking, mentoring, and fundraising opportunities.

External Relations and Partnerships

  • Industry Partnerships : Builds relationships with business leaders, corporations, and other organizations to facilitate internships, job placements, and collaborative research.
  • Accreditation and Recognition : Ensures the university meets the standards of national and international accreditation bodies.
  • Public Relations : Represents the university at academic conferences, public events, and media appearances to enhance the university profile.
