We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join the team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or allied fields, who is passionate about design and skilled in building meaningful client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strong industry partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibility:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.
  • Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
  • Work closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and resource planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.
  • Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Schedule:              

  • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
