
Sales & Partnerships Executive

Role Purpose
To grow One Less's revenue by converting customer interest into purchases, opening new retail accounts, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales
- Respond to website, Instagram, and WhatsApp sales queries.
- Manage abandoned carts (personalized follow-ups, offers).
- Support customer journey from browsing → buying → repeat purchase.
Wholesale & Partnerships (B2B)
- Identify and pitch One Less to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms.
- Manage onboarding of new stockists (pricing sheets, lookbooks, samples).
- Maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Track sales performance across products and collections.
- Report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks.
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.
Community & Events
- Represent One Less at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations.
- Actively collect leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with numbers (sales targets, reporting).
- Social, approachable, and customer-first mindset.
- Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
- Experience in fashion / lifestyle retail is a bonus.
KPI / Success Metrics
- Monthly revenue targets achieved (D2C + B2B).
- Number of new stockists / partnerships onboarded.
- Conversion rate improvement (from inquiries to orders).
- Customer retention & repeat purchases.
