As an nCino Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the nCino platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in nCino's functional and technical areas will be crucial in driving the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom solutions on the nCino platform to meet business requirements. - Configure and customize nCino applications, including Loan Origination, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, and Commercial Banking. - Develop and maintain integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and other data sources using nCino's open APIs. - Implement automated workflows, document management, and real-time reporting solutions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for nCino applications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. - Experience with nCino's core solution areas such as Loan Origination, Customer Onboarding, Account Opening, and Commercial Banking. - Strong understanding of nCino's data model and integration capabilities. - Knowledge of nCino's reporting and analytics tools. - Familiarity with nCino's open APIs and productized integrations. - Experience with automated workflows and document management systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Functional Skills: - In-depth knowledge of banking processes and regulatory requirements. - Experience in implementing and configuring nCino applications to meet business needs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: - nCino certification or relevant Salesforce certifications. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Prior experience in the financial services industry.
