Introduction to Role:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager in the HVAC&R sector, located in Gurugram/Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
- The role requires active engagement with both new and existing clients to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of HVAC-- VRF systems and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the refrigeration or HVAC- VRF Specific industry is a plus
