If yes, Avigna.AI is the place for you.We are a leading software development company in the IoT and AI space, seeking a highly experienced Sr. Delivery Manager to oversee large-scale projects, drive governance across multiple teams, and ensure business outcomes are consistently delivered.Responsibilities:Lead and manage 40–100 team members, primarily in software services under fixed-bid models, with some exposure to support, operations, and TnM.Oversee 6–8 projects simultaneously, ensuring scalable frameworks for governance and delivery.Establish and maintain strong control over scope, schedule, cost, and quality across all projects via project managers.Track and measure project progress, driving corrective actions where necessary to ensure outcomes remain on track.Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program-level risks effectively.Drive mature client reporting and stakeholder communication through transparency and structured updates.Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes, standards, and frameworks.Bring strong IT services delivery expertise, with a career foundation as a developer.Ensure efficient resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across multiple projects.Deliver large-scale engagements with accountability for governance, performance, and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).18–20+ years of IT services experience, with proven success in delivery and program management.Track record of managing large fixed-bid projects and multi-project portfolios ($2M+ annually).Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate 40–100+ cross-functional teams.Strong background in software development lifecycles, Agile/Waterfall models, and delivery governance.Skilled in risk management, client reporting, and stakeholder alignment.Experience in PMO process development and continuous improvement initiatives.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
