Job Title:A Workday Implementation Manager is responsible for delivering solutions to clients, prioritizing work and collaborating with the project team.Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle.Lead/Manage – Small implementation projects/Launch implementations, manage workload for team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle.Develop complex configuration for clients and leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.Lead and involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.Coordinate with leads for project delivery.Coordinate with EM/PM and client for project delivery.Multi-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities.End-to-end ownership of assigned projects.Provide leadership and key stakeholders with information and venues to make effective timely decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Deliver solutions for at least one of Workday module Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll. Identify scope, scope gaps & get them addressed. Identify right stakeholders in project. Communicate & collaborate with project internal/external stakeholders for project success & plan inputs. Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizes capacity, and defines development and analysis timelines.Benefits:Drive ops excellence culture and lead transformational project(s) with clear visible and measurable impact.
