Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Assistant located in Gurugram. The Team Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain records. Additionally, the role involves supporting team projects, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the team.


Qualifications

  • Administrative skills including scheduling, record maintenance, and meeting organization
  • Project coordination and team support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
