We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , X, YouTube, etc.). - Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content formats. - Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports. - Run paid social media campaigns (optional, if required). - Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. - Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. - Research competitors and suggest creative ideas to improve performance. Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Analytics, etc.). - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English. - Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (preferred). - Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills - Experience with paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads). - Video editing or reel creation skills. - Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles. - Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
