The role involves home visits, wellness assistance, and basic administrative support, ensuring high-quality and personalized care.Visit the enrolled patients and accompany the General Practitioner during home visits for introductions and collection of medical documents.Ensure dedicated support & coordination as per personalized health plan of each patientBuild strong, trust-based relationships, while strictly adhering to company protocols.Collect, digitize and maintain medical documents securely in the platformRecord and promptly report all the customer interactions to the respective Primary Care PhysicianAssist the Operations Head with backend and administrative tasks.Maintain accurate records of expenses and vouchers as per company guidelines.Participate in regular training sessions and skill upgrades as required.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree, with yrs exp in Hospitality / Customer – Patient engagementAttributes: Empathetic, passionate, compliant, polite, punctual, prompt.Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu / Gujarati preferred.Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems.
