Our operations span multiple verticals, with Distribution being our core focus.We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing teamAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and maintaining business data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business operations related to sales, purchase, and incentive processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor Power BI reports, dashboards, and user access.Create reports from semantic models in alignment with business needs.Extract and share data from SAP (e.G., sales reports, customer details) in Excel format.Prepare and validate Excel data for incentive calculations and other business requirements.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.Collaborate with business and sales teams to translate requirements into analytical insights.Support ongoing data-driven initiatives and process improvement projects.Skills & Qualifications:Advanced Excel: Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Formula-based Analysis.SQL: Ability to write queries, joins, aggregations, and subqueries (experience with SAP HANA or SQL Server preferred).Power BI: Basic to intermediate knowledge for managing reports and dashboards (optional but preferred).Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain data accuracy and quality.Analytical Mindset: Understanding of business processes and translating them into meaningful reports.Business Understanding: Familiarity with sales, purchase, and incentive operations.Why Join Us:Work onsite with a collaborative and growth-oriented team.Get hands-on experience with enterprise tools and real-time business data.Be part of a company that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
