Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects.
  • Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and site visits to promote Markek's inspection services.
  • Present the value proposition of inspection services to cooperative society members, committees, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and tailor pitches to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends in the redevelopment and construction industry.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of construction and inspection services.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, certification, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of cooperative society operations and redevelopment processes is an advantage.
