Company Description

Coulomb LiTech Private Limited is a battery tech company involved in manufacturing of lithium battery solutions for heavy EVs and energy storage applications.

We are seeking a Battery Servicing Engineer to join our after-sales servicing team. The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues in lithium battery packs deployed in the field. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, and service partners to identify faults, plan corrective actions, and ensure timely servicing of battery systems. This position requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults in deployed battery packs through remote monitoring or on-site inspection
  • Coordinate with customers, field engineers, and internal teams for service planning and execution
  • Perform or supervise servicing and repairs of battery packs
  • Maintain service records and documentation
  • Provide technical support to clients and address operational issues
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in battery systems or EV servicing preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
