Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with a passion for interior designing and modular furniture. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and able to guide customers through premium furniture selections and custom-made interior solutions. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection. Understand customer requirements for interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. Present design options, materials, catalogues, and finishes clearly. Explain product features, pricing, and customization possibilities. Create quotations, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into sales. Coordinate with design teams, production teams, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements Experience: 1 - 4 years in sales (preferably furniture, modular, interiors, decor, real estate, or luxury retail). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Basic understanding of interior layouts, materials, finishes, and design concepts (preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
