Healthcare Data Analyst

About Position:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst with strong QA experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data ingestion processes, data warehouse integrity, rule engine outputs, and streaming datasets from Kafka topics. This role requires proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, and a solid understanding of healthcare data workflows and downstream systems.

What You'll Do:

• Perform QA testing on data ingestion pipelines to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Validate data warehouse structures and data consistency across multiple sources.
• Test and verify rule engine outputs for correctness and alignment with business logic.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate datasets and perform data profiling.
• Validate outbound and downstream data connections and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Monitor and validate streaming datasets ingested through Kafka topics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Document test cases, test results, and data validation procedures.
