  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain prospect lists that outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
  • Should be ready to source data from online sources, do cold calling, and connect with prospects through social platforms to engage with prospects.
  • Establish relationships with new prospects and setup meetings with them
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value.
  • Provide feedback to SDR leader on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
  • Act as a liaison between the SDR team and the SDR leader.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Proficiency with Zoominfo or other B2B database software
