About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Strategist to join our team and help shape campaigns that drive growth and brand impact. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow into a full-stack marketing strategist. You’ll work closely with senior team members across digital, content, and performance marketing to support strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, paid media, content, SEO, social, email).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support campaign planning.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards that summarize performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Support testing and optimization efforts across different channels.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and new tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or digital campaigns (internships welcome).
  • Strong interest in marketing strategy, growth, and digital channels.
  • Good analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
