We're Hiring: Data Analyst – Tableau 

Location: Chennai (Remote) 

Experience: 3+ Years 

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners 

Reporting To: Manager 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights using Tableau dashboards, support decision-making processes, and help drive business value. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports 
  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights 
  • Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements 
  • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar tools 
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers; review performance and guide career development 
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver data projects within timelines 
  • Design scalable and efficient data architectures and workflows 
  • Ensure robust documentation of processes and dashboards for transparency 
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals 

Required Technical Skills: 

  • Tableau (advanced level) 
  • Strong SQL skills 
  • Data modeling & data warehousing concepts 
  • ETL Tools (preferably Apache Airflow) 
  • Optimization and tuning of data pipelines 
  • Familiarity with Hadoop infrastructure and/or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or Looker 
  • Background in statistics, data science, or business intelligence 
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting for data automation 

Soft Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Leadership skills and a proactive approach to team management 
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Candidates must be willing to work night shifts also (US Shift) 
  • Must be available for interviews between Monday–Friday
