Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Handle Recruitment process Conduct employee onboarding Maintain and update employee records Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Organize employee engagement and welfare activities Manage leave and attendance of employees Oversee general office operations and maintenance Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized Coordinate with IT/support services for employee equipment and systems Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required Requirement Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field 1-3 year experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
