With expertise in infrastructure and market dynamics, such as latency, execution, and scalability, Mathisys excels in both developed and emerging markets.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Recruitment processConduct employee onboardingMaintain and update employee recordsHandle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.Organize employee engagement and welfare activitiesManage leave and attendance of employeesOversee general office operations and maintenanceManage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationshipsEnsure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organizedCoordinate with IT/support services for employee equipment and systemsHandle travel arrangements and logistics for staff when requiredRequirement Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field1-3 year experience requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
