Job Description We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team at ID Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day recruitment activities, employee engagement, and overall HR administration. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to grow in the HR domain and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace environment. Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Support end-to-end recruitment activities Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities Address employee queries professionally and promptly Help maintain a positive and healthy work culture Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of HR processes (freshers with internships can also apply) Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Requirements Python, OOP concepts, regex, raspberry pie, Django, Flask, UART serial communication, TCP/IP, rest APIs, MQTT, Flask, Django REST Framework, Fast API, REST API, WebSocket's, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Linux , scripting, deployment, debugging
