Inside Sales Representative – Hakke Industries (Bangalore)

Job Location:

Bangalore (Jigani / Bommasandra Industrial Area)

Who Can Apply:

Any graduate degree holder (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.); MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience Required:

1–3 years in internal sales, Telesales, Industrial products sales experience is advantage

Salary Range:

Up to ₹5 LPA

Current openings for Inside Sales Executive show ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (₹3–3.6 LPA)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, and website leads.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems and sales/order databases.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and finance teams for order fulfillment and billing.
  • Assist the field sales team by scheduling meetings, sharing product details, and handling correspondence.
  • Track sales orders from confirmation to dispatch and payment completion.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer feedback, interactions, and complaints for performance improvements.
  • Generate and share weekly/monthly sales reports, should have knowledge in Zoho

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems such as Zoho, Runo, or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written.
  • Sharp attention to detail, multitasking capability, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
