Talent Acquisition Manager | City Center, Gwalior


We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring at our City Center, Gwalior office. The role requires strong networking, screening, and candidate engagement skills to ensure we bring the right talent on board at the right time.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle across all departments.
  • Partner with leadership teams to define and fulfill manpower needs.
  • Source and attract candidates using portals, social media, and networks.
  • Conduct screening and interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and recruitment reports.


Requirements:


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Office.
