Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:Assist in creating job descriptions, posting vacancies on job portals, and sourcing candidates.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.Employee Relations:Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and work-related issues.Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.Performance Management:Coordinate performance appraisals and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.Assist in creating performance improvement plans (PIPs) and monitoring employee development.HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.).Manage HR software and systems for efficient data management.Assist in preparing HR-related reports, such as payroll inputs, attendance tracking, etc.Compliance & Policies:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in updating and communicating HR policies to employees.Training & Development:Coordinate and track employee training programs.Assist in identifying skill gaps and supporting career development programs.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles (preferably in a corporate environment).Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good understanding of HR software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.Additional Requirements:Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and develop professionally within the HR field.
