Freakins is a fast-growing fashion brand redefining denim and bottomwear in India. We are looking for a product-obsessed, commercially savvy Head Buyer who thrives on working with fabrics, silhouettes, sourcing, and customer insights to drive product success.

Role Overview:

The - Head Buyer will own the buying strategy, ensuring the right product mix, trend curation, and cost efficiencies. The ideal candidate loves fashion, fabrics, and fits, enjoys working hands-on with designers, tailors, and factories, and is passionate about customer buying behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify fashion trends, customer preferences, and commercial opportunities.

- Work closely with factories, negotiate aggressively, and optimize costs while maintaining quality.

- Collaborate with designers, pattern masters, and tailors- to develop best-selling products.

- Ensure fast-moving, commercially viable assortments across all sales channels.

- Drive strong vendor relationships and ensure efficient sourcing & supply chain execution.

- Optimize inventory, pricing, and markdown strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- 8-12 years in fashion buying , with expertise in denim, bottomwear, fast fashion.

- Strong background in negotiation, sourcing, and cost optimization

- Passion for - product development, fabrics, fits, and trend analysis.

- Deep understanding of - pricing strategies, margin management, and customer buying behavior

- Experience in both - offline and online retail- is a must.

- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
