We're Hiring: Oracle NetSuite Financial Functional Consultant | 10+ years | Remote (India)

Location: India (Remote)

Shift: Flexible with 2–3 hours US overlap

Work Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 8+ years

Are you an experienced Oracle NetSuite Financial Functional Consultant with deep finance expertise and a passion for driving ERP success? Join our remote-first team and deliver impactful NetSuite transformations for global clients.

About the Role

As a senior NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant, you will lead analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems. You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable solutions and streamline finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Expertise:

  • Project Accounting – Budgeting, Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Profitability Reporting
  • R2R & Integrations – Record-to-Report processes and project accounting integrations

Additional Functional Knowledge:

  • Data Management & Migration – Import/export (CSV), cleansing, validation
  • System Integration – Experience connecting NetSuite with external systems
  • Customization & Automation – SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder (workflows, forms, fields)
  • Optimization & Best Practices – Implement efficient processes and performance improvements
  • Training & Documentation – End-user support, adoption, manuals
  • Gap Analysis & Requirements – Translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions
What We're Looking For
  • Strong functional expertise in NetSuite Finance & Project Accounting
  • Proven experience in implementations and enhancements
  • Excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented mindset with analytical thinking
  • Comfortable working with flexible US overlap hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA)

Nice to Have:

  • NetSuite Certification(s)
  • Experience in Agile delivery
  • Multi-entity / high-growth environment exposure
