CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Set up and manage outbound campaigns using internal tools and processes
  • Follow structured checklists and SOPs to ensure high campaign quality
  • Monitor delivery metrics and ensure campaign hygiene is maintained
  • Maintain reports with campaign performance data (e.g., delivery, engagement, response metrics)
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For:

  • Extremely organized with a strong focus on task completion
  • Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Quick learner - can adapt to new platforms and workflows easily
  • High attention to detail - you notice the little things others might miss
  • Enjoys following clear steps and ensuring process accuracy
  • Good written communication for basic coordination and reporting

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Candidates with experience in digital operations, campaign execution, back-office coordination, or support roles
  • Freshers or interns with strong execution mindset and basic tool comfort
  • People from BPO, project coordination, or marketing support roles are welcome

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-7 yrs (multiple roles)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Working Days - 6 (5 days Work from office)
