Drive Growth through Strategic Email Marketing

As a key member of our Go-to-Market team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads and contribute to pipeline growth.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end email marketing strategies, including campaign design, execution, testing and optimization.

  • Develop and manage the email marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Create and deliver personalized, segmented and automated email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling email copy, subject lines and CTAs.
  • Own the marketing automation platform, ensuring workflows, lead nurturing and scoring are optimized.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and prepare actionable reports.
  • Continuously test and improve email templates, design and messaging for engagement and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all email campaigns are compliant with industry standards.
  • Work closely with sales and demand generation teams to align email marketing with lead generation and pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Proven expertise with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar).
  • Strong skills in email analytics, A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting and content editing skills.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
