
Marketing Campaign Coordinator

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and promote training events/webinars, aiming to generate 300 leads per month.
Key Responsibilities:- Support in launching and managing virtual training events, webinars, and masterclasses.
- Publish and optimize event listings across platforms such as Eventbrite, Townscript, and third-party IT event directories.
- Coordinate and execute pre-event, reminder, and post-event email campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
- Drive event registrations through social media promotions on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Coordinate with internal teams for event setup, speaker information, creatives, and tech checks.
- Track, manage, and report on leads generated through events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, organic).
- Schedule and send marketing emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating social media content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Conduct basic competitor research and support in content coordination.
- Manage and update lead trackers post-event.
- Execute lead-churn activities such as follow-up messaging and retargeting coordination.
- Maintain engagement through automated sequences and manual touchpoints.
Applicants should possess 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or events promotion, along with exposure to event marketing in EdTech or training services.
