Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell holiday packages through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels.
- Cross-sell and up-sell related services such as visas, insurance, flights, and tours.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Handle inquiries, prepare itineraries, and provide travel consultancy to customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by delivering personalized and timely service.
- Address and resolve client concerns and queries promptly.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new destinations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel products.
- Present customized holiday solutions aligned with client requirements.
4. Team Support & Coordination:
- Support and mentor junior sales executives to achieve their targets.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
5. Reporting & MIS:
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Education: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in travel sales with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
- Proven track record in selling both international and domestic holiday packages.
- Strong network of corporate and B2C clients in the travel sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of travel software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Destination knowledge across Japan, Kenya, Asia, Europe, Americas, Africa, and Domestic India.
- Leadership and mentoring ability.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
