Inside Sales Specialist For North American market We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our innovative technology services and product offerings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate qualified leads. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities. Sales Process: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software products and licenses to prospective clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability. Close deals and ensure timely contract execution. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Proactively address customer concerns and issues. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity. Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the North America market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas. Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in sales CRM and sales enablement tools.
