Job Overview:
As a Voice Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. You will be responsible for providing top-tier voice support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for freshers looking to start a career in customer service and build skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customers, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products or services to answer customer queries with confidence and accuracy.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, provide insights to the team for service improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.
- Problem-Solving: Manage customer complaints effectively and ensure any escalated issues are promptly resolved by working closely with other departments if necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the teams performance and ensure a positive work environment.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience for every customer.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Freshers with a high school diploma, undergraduate, or any equivalent qualification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Customer-Oriented Attitude: A passion for customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions to challenges while maintaining a calm and composed attitude.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and software. Familiarity with CRM or call center software is a plus, but not mandatory.
