Key Responsibilities
- Build and Lead: Establish, grow, and mentor a global inside sales team from scratch, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.- Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, and EOR services.- Market Expansion: Drive business development efforts across North America, LATAM, and EMEA markets, leveraging deep market insights and strong client relationships.- Hands-On Leadership: Be a hands-on resource, willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team in achieving targets and overcoming challenges.- Sales Automation & CRM: Utilize sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) to streamline processes, track performance, and enhance customer engagement.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.- Revenue & KPI Ownership: Own sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to drive predictable revenue growth.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 5+ years in selling Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, or EOR services.- 5+ years of experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams from scratch.- Proven track record in successfully selling services across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.- Strong expertise in sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).- Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward success.- A hands-on approach, willing to take initiative and execute tactical sales activities when needed.
