All applications must be sent to: info@acsel.inPosition Summary:The Skilling & Program Execution Lead will drive the development, execution, and commercialization of AI-focused skilling programs while overseeing the end-to-end execution of all training sessions, events, and strategic programs for the CoE. This role integrates business development, sales, and program execution, ensuring that AI skilling initiatives are both commercially successful and flawlessly executed.This role will be responsible for revenue generation, strategic partnerships, operational execution, and participant engagement, working closely with IITs, industry leaders, startups, and government bodies to position the CoE as the premier destination for AI skilling, certification, and networking events.The ideal candidate has a blend of business acumen, sales expertise, event/program execution skills, and knowledge of AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Growth & Business DevelopmentDevelop and drive revenue-generating training and certification programs for corporates, professionals, and startups.Identify new B2B and B2C markets for AI skilling, certification, and training programs.Create pricing models and monetization strategies for skilling initiatives.Drive B2B sales efforts to enterprises, government bodies, and professional learners,ensuring strong enrolments.Leverage partnerships with corporate training programs, NASSCOM, andgovernment skilling agencies to expand market reach.Work with the leadership team to create business plans, financial forecasts, andsales targets for skilling programs. Skilling Program Development & ExecutionDevelop AI-focused skilling and certification programs for professionals, startups, and enterprises.Design training modules in collaboration with IITs, industry experts, and corporate partners to ensure relevance and high value.Ensure that training content aligns with industry demands, latest AI trends, and skill gaps in the ecosystem.Only applications sent to info@acsel.in will be considered
