In this role, you’ll bridge brand, community and partnerships, translating narrative into measurable traction.You’ll own the full growth loop: This is a full-time, remote role and involves market analysis, community engagement, partnership development, campaign execution and strategic collaboration with stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll craft strategies that amplify visibility, drive adoption and deepen user engagement across the Web3 landscape.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Web3-native growth strategies across on-chain and off-chain channels.- Identify and activate strategic partnerships with protocols, DAOs and funds.- Lead community growth through campaigns, collaborations and incentive programs.- Analyze market trends and narratives to position brands within high-attention sectors.- Track and optimize growth KPIs across social, community and on-chain metrics.- Collaborate with internal teams to align storytelling, campaigns and ecosystem goals.Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in Web3 Growth roles.- Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, narratives and communities.- Proven ability to run campaigns that drive traction, partnerships and user acquisition.- Strong writing and relationship-building skills.- Data-driven with creative problem-solving abilities.Perks & Benefits:- Competitive compensation package & incentives- Represent the Company at Global Events- Being part of a fast-growing global company and forefront of the Web3 & AI industry.📬 How to ApplySend your PoW to crew@forkoff.xyzSubject: Web3 Growth Executive | ForkOff
