Job Title:

Digital Transformation CoE - Product Steward

Summary:

This is a strategic role within the newly expanded Product Stewardship Transformation / CoE Team. This position is responsible for automating and digitalizing Product Stewardship business processes, working with SAP EHS module and utilization of collaboration team supporting technologies such as SharePoint and Power Platform. This individual will support the development and execution of the Product Stewardship digital strategy, and lead key digital projects, while acting as the key liaison between the Product Stewardship and IT Business Partner. This position will work closely with other Product Stewardship Teams, Momentive business functions, and third parties to develop, implement, and assess current Product Stewardship business processes and help improve the overall end user experience by making end users more efficient and empowered to perform their daily duties. This role will provide expertise, training, and guidance to the PS Transformation/ CoE Team on collaboration team supporting technologies to include pulling data from the SAP EHS Module for utilization in Product Stewardship business processes. This role will also provide support for the standardization and maintenance for managing the customization of the SAP EHS Module property trees, and support maintenance of SAP EHS software system Product Stewardship data, links, and user acceptance training. This role will work closely with Momentive IT to align on best solutions for Product Stewardship regulatory compliance and business process improvement projects.

Responsibilities Include:

Business Process Automation and Digitalization

Identification and utilization of collaboration team supporting technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams, to enhance Product Stewardship business processes. Identify, develop, lead, and execute Product Stewardship business process improvements with a focus on automation, digitalization, and standardization. Support development and execution of a digital evolution strategy and roadmap for the Product Stewardship function aligned to the Corporate digital strategy. Identify and evaluate new digital technologies that may enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Product Stewardship business processes. Collaborate on identification and implementation of SAP based solutions to improve Product Stewardship business processes, such as report development, standardization activities, and maintenance support. Develop necessary training and communications for Product Stewardship and for stakeholders outside of the Product Stewardship team. Provide guidance, expertise, and training to Product Stewardship Team for development of automated and digitalized solutions. Liaison with Momentive IT Business Partner to align on best solutions for Product Stewardship compliance and business process improvement projects. Identify currently deployed technologies beneficial to automating and digitalizing product stewardship business processes.

Project Management and Support

Support large cross-region/cross- team projects within Product Stewardship requiring business process automation or digitalization. Provide support to Joint Venture (JV) or integrating businesses. Support outgoing businesses consistent with Transition Agreements where support is needed for business process automation or digitalization. Support Product Stewardship CoE and Transformation projects as needed. Ensure work is completed as per established timelines, to include identifying and working to resolve challenges outside of Product Stewardship function.

Skill Proficiency and Professional Development

Mature proficiency in software applications required to build and enhance Product Stewardship business processes ( MS Power Platform, SharePoint). Mature proficiency in SAP EHS Module and SAP BW Proficiency in soft skills associated with Business Analyst roles such as requirements gathering and documentation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Technical experience in planning, design, analysis, and development of complex software models and applications across SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, .net technologies, web application, Microsoft Azure 2+ years of Project Management, Team Leadership, Business analyst or related areas Working knowledge of Power Platform (Automate, BI, Apps, Visual Agents) and SharePoint Development Working knowledge of systems like SAP BW, and data visualization ( Tableau/ Power BI) Fluent in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of project management software. Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Facilitate and participate in problem solving and solution development. Ability to work cross-functionally within a team and independently. Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements and strategies. Passion for continuous improvement. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualification:

3+ years of technical experience with specifically SAP EHS and related modules.

Knowledge in regulations for chemical industry and their integration with SAP EHS module. Knowledge in substance volume tracking (SVT) & Reach regulation. Experience in product safety, dangerous goods management (DG), WWI templates like MSDS & labels
