The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and have good internet research skills.Responsibilities: - Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business activities. - Assist with uploading, updating, and maintaining product information on the e-commerce platform. - Execute TikTok outreach strategies to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with relevant TikTok creators. - Conduct thorough research to shortlist influencers whose audience demographics, content style, and engagement levels align with the brand’s target market. - Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, content, performance, and branding — to ensure influencer activities align with campaign goals and overall business objectives. - Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an e-commerce or social commerce environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong internet research abilities with attention to detail. - Basic organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Timings: - Mon to Fri - 12:30 to 9:30 PM(April-October) - Mon to Fri - 1:30 to 10:30 PM(Nov-March) - Saturday - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PMPackage: - 2.5 to 4.5 LPA
