Our team is well-versed in all aspects of the E-commerce market.We provide platform management, product design, content creation, customer service, graphic design, and other support services to RexBrown UK for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Groupon, Wish, Fruugo, Mail Shop UK, Onbuy.Com, Secret Sales, Shopify, and Wowcher, and so on.The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities & Qualifications:Develop and implement TikTok outreach strategies to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with TikTok creators relevant to our brand and campaigns.Conduct detailed research to shortlist influencers whose audience demographic, niche, and engagement align with our brand’s target market.Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, content, performance, and branding to align influencer activities with overall campaign objectives.Track and monitor key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Maintain an updated database of TikTok influencers, outreach status, campaign performance, and relationship history.Identify emerging creators, trends, and TikTok algorithm shifts to keep the influencer strategy relevant and competitive.Manage ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and third-party platforms to maximize brand visibility and social commerce impact.Stay updated on best practices in influencer marketing, TikTok trends, music usage policies, and platform guidelines to ensure compliance.Package:3 - 4.5 LPATimings:The position involves rotational shifts as per UK timings (day or midnight), with one weekly day off and a limited number of holidays.
