Sr. Lead - Credit Risk (Unsecured Consumer Loan)

What you will do:The

Sr. Lead - Credit Risk

will collaborate with lending partners to facilitate their product offerings on our platform while ensuring smooth integration, adherence to credit guidelines, and robust performance monitoring. This role requires aligning partner strategies with the platform’s operational and compliance standards to enhance customer acquisition and product effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner Collaboration :Act as the primary liaison for lending partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Assist in onboarding and integrating partner credit policies into the platform’s framework.

Performance Monitoring :Track and analyze credit portfolio performance metrics (e.g., default rates, approval trends).Share actionable insights with partners to improve outcomes and maintain compliance.

Policy Coordination :Support lending partners in developing and updating credit policies in line with regulatory and platform requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to implement credit risk-related updates effectively.

Portfolio Analysis :Conduct regular reviews of partner portfolios to identify risk trends and opportunities.Provide strategic recommendations to optimize credit quality and sourcing efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement :Work closely with internal product, technology, and operations teams to enhance platform functionality.Facilitate discussions with lending partners to address challenges and align on goals.
