Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our general insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales in the insurance sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth in the general insurance segment.
- Identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on suitable general insurance products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on general insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in Indore.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
