Customer Service Intern – Blended Role (Voice + Non-Voice)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Internship Duration: 3–6 months

Role OverviewWe're looking for a sharp, motivated Customer Service Intern to join our fast-paced team. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you'll work closely with our support team to deliver smooth and delightful customer experiences across chat, email, and voice channels.
You'll learn firsthand how to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and build trust with customers while understanding the inner workings of a fast-growing e-commerce startup.
• Support day-to-day customer interactions via live chat, email, and phone (inbound & outbound)
• Help resolve product and order-related queries with empathy and clarity
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions using Freshdesk (or similar tools)
• Contribute to process improvement by flagging recurring issues and sharing feedback
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling queries over calls
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a customer-first mindset
• Interest in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands is a bonus
• Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Google Sheets, or any CRM
• Proficiency in additional Indian languages (especially South Indian languages)
• Prior internship or experience in customer-facing roles
• Get hands-on experience in customer support at a high-growth consumer brand
• Work directly with experienced operators and founding team members
• Be part of building a modern, discovery-led jewelry brand
• Learn how to communicate, troubleshoot, and deliver exceptional customer experience at scale
