Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process. You will use your effective communication skills, along with your organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a hybrid role in Bangalore, India Employee will need to work onsite 2-3 days a week. Travel and Food includedThis position will involve full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit, and culture questions, follow through after the candidate is hired. What you need:10+ years of recruiting experience in the tech industry.Experience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required.Experience conducting intake/recalibration calls with hiring leaders – be their strategic & collaborative partner.Ability to provide a seamless, white-glove experience to candidates and hiring leaders.Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task & adapt to changing situations.PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within various technology systems.About Talent SolutionsTalent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
