The role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Talent Acquisition, India to guide a high-performing recruiting team and drive talent strategies that enable our engineering organization to meet its ambitious goals. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment, working closely with senior stakeholders to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance. Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, providing insight-driven hiring strategies and workforce planning support. Manage full-cycle recruitment for key technical roles, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Use data and market insights to guide decision-making and improve hiring efficiency. Drive strategic recruiting projects and initiatives to strengthen systems, processes, and employer branding. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all hiring activities. Requirements 15+ years of recruitment experience, including team leadership and technical hiring expertise. Passion for innovation, engineering talent, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. Proven ability to build and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in partnership with senior leaders. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated success using data to improve performance and outcomes.
