Job Overview
KBS Travels Pvt Ltd is seeking a Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of air ticketing, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and extensive knowledge in tour booking, flight planning, and travel management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in tour booking with a deep understanding of travel planning and arrangements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of flight planning and the ability to manage complex itineraries efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings and requests simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in ticketing and travel documentation.
- Proficiency in travel management software and other related tools.
- Ability to provide superior customer service and manage client expectations effectively.
- Experience in hotel booking and arranging accommodations to meet client needs and preferences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling air ticketing for both domestic and international travel, ensuring timely bookings and confirmations.
- Assisting clients with travel planning, providing expert advice and recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
- Managing and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with travel policies and regulations.
- Providing prompt and efficient customer service to address client queries and concerns.
- Updating clients on flight schedules, cancellations, and other changes in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
- Collaborating with other team members to deliver seamless service and support for group travel arrangements.
