Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one 4-5 sales video Zoom calls daily to close high-ticket fitness coaching programs
Follow up with leads and handle objections to maximize conversion rates
Maintain records and consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets
Build strong rapport with potential clients to enhance trust and credibility
Work in a fast-paced sales environment with a structured approach to meeting goals
Candidate Preferences:
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-ticket sales, coaching, or service-based industries
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment
Fluent in English and Hindi
Presentable and well-groomed with a professional appearance
Comfortable using Zoom, Whats App, Calendly, and CRM tools
