Role Responsibilities

You will be a part of our Technology and IT/ITES industry vertical and will be expected to lead our content initiative and build thought leadership marketing content that provides clients with solutions to the issues they face in leading their organizations. We expect you to exhibit ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility.

1. Content Strategy Development 

Develop and build comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with AON's overall business goals. 

2. Content Creation & Management 

Builds engaging and thought-provoking content & insights that differentiates AON from the competition in a clear and concise manner and helps shape up our strategy and priority. Provides editing and proofreading guidance on all marketing collaterals, enhancing communications to ensure brevity, grammar and usage are correct and maintained. Collaborate with external teams and partners to ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for SEO. 

3. Performance Measurement & Optimization

Establish KPI's to measure effectiveness of content marketing efforts Analyze data and feedback to continuesly refine and improve content strategies and tactics 

4. Tracking the progress, metrics and opportunities of insights developed.

4. Helping to drive forward an ambitious content agenda.

5. Communicate content marketing plan and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

8-10 years of content writing experience Copy-editing skills – particularly around headlines, stand-firsts and calls to action. Ability to present in front of senior stakeholders. Passionate about helping others improve their writing and outputs Helping to bring-on new starters that will be joining the team as Content Specialists Stand-out writing skills. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and distill down often complex subject matter into insights that can create cut-through. Desire to own and drive forward content projects. Keen to consider – and experience working across – multiple media, including social, video, podcasts and infographics. Keen to tackle issues with a global perspective – an approach that we are looking to bake into all our insights. Always considering new themes and ways of working as we drive forward our content strategy.
