Mission Statement of the Role:

- Create and scale a content studio that drives organic leads and revenue for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Associate Director for Content is a key role in the next phase of growth for PlanetSpark.

- The incumbent will lead a team of passionate content creators to set up a content studio that drives high-quality and highly relevant content for the brand across different platforms such as Instagram, FB, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

- The ambitious vision of the content studio is to drive 1 Billion plus organic traffic that results in revenue for the company. The role is an entrepreneurial role that blends creative thinking and operational excellence. The incumbent will work closely with the Co-founders.

Key responsibilities include:

1) Content Strategy:

- Formulate the content strategy across different channels.

- Conceptualize different content workstreams to cater to different content needs of the target audience.

- Set the tone and voice for the brand across channels, formats and workstreams.

2) Content Creation and Delivery:

- Formulate daily and weekly content plans and drive the team towards execution.

- Conduct daily editorial stand-ups and reviews.

- Ensure that the content created is disseminated at various platforms in a timely manner.

3) Data Tracking and Monitoring:

- Work with the data team to create appropriate dashboards for tracking data such as views, leads, demos and conversions.

- Monitor data and take actionable insights.

- Track the P&L and ROAS of each channel and scale it in a cost-efficient manner.

What are We Looking For?

- A go-getter who can lead the content studio by balancing creative excellence and operational excellence.

- An ambitious content creator with the vision to build the brand through organic content-led approach.

- 7-12 years of experience as a content creator and a content leader at an online media company or content company.

- Demonstrated ability as both a content creator and a leader of content teams.

- An excellent work and personal social media portfolio.

- A keen desire to develop the content engine for a company from grounds-up.

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up content and shape it independently like a Founder.
