Job Title: Erection Engineer – PEBLocation: Various Project Sites (as per company requirement)Job Purpose:To plan, coordinate, and supervise the erection and installation of PEB structures at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per design specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor erection activities of PEB structures (columns, rafters, sheeting, purlins, etc.).Review and interpret erection drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.Coordinate with fabrication, logistics, and design teams for smooth material flow and site execution.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks regularly.Inspect erection work for quality compliance and prepare checklists.Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work stages.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation.Required Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of PEB erection methods and sequences.Ability to read and interpret structural and erection drawings.Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Awareness of safety and quality standards at construction sites.Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.Qualification & Experience:Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 3–8 years of experience in PEB erection and site supervisionPreferred Attributes:Experience with leading PEB companies or contractors.Familiar with cranes, lifting plans, and alignment procedures.Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites.
