We combine advisory intelligence, basket-based investing, and fully digital execution to create a modern, intuitive wealth-tech experience.We are now expanding across India and the Gulf region especially targeting NRIs and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder Track) to help us scale the next phase of our business.About the RoleThis is a high-ownership operating leadership role for someone who wants to help build a fast-growing wealth-tech company from the inside. You will work closely with the founder to drive AUM growth, operations, distribution strategy, and overall business execution.This role follows a founding-team compensation structure, primarily equity-driven, with minimal initial fixed compensation. It is designed for someone who wants to build long-term value rather than pursue a traditional salaried position.What You Will LeadScale AUM acquisition across retail, NRIs (especially Gulf countries), and corporate segmentsBuild and optimize core operations, execution workflows, and compliance processesStrengthen user onboarding, advisory flows, and customer support systemsDrive distribution strategy—CAs, NRIs, corporates, and B2B channelsBuild processes for acquisition, conversion, and long-term investor engagementWork directly with the founder on product decisions, strategic roadmap, and growth initiativesEstablish scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and performance metricsEnsure smooth coordination across sales, operations, tech, and customer successWho Should ApplyYou’re a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following:Mutual Fund Distribution / AMC Sales / Wealth Management / FintechManaging or growing AUM (₹50 crore+ preferred)Building B2B channels: NRIs, distributors, corporates, or CAsSetting up or running operations in an early-stage or high-growth companyLeading cross-functional execution with high accountabilityAnd you are someone who:Thrives in ownership-heavy rolesEnjoys building systems, teams, and scalable processesWants to be part of a high-growth fintech journey, not a routine jobThinks long-term and understands equity-driven rolesOperates with speed, clarity, and responsibilityCompensationThis is a co-founder role, and compensation will be structured accordinglyYou’ll receive significant equity, with long-term upside tied to scale and successMinimal base salary to begin with, reflecting our early-stage but fast-scaling modelCompensation will grow meaningfully based on Performance and operational outcomes and overall business growthStrategic milestones achieved during scale-upTop performers can expect excellent overall compensation through our outcome driven structureThis is not the right role for someone seeking a high initial salary without ownership or results
