As an HR Operations- Excutive , you will play a very crucial role in developing and implementing HR system and supporting other staff in delivering excellent services. Responsibilities: Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administer and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements. Coordinate induction programs for new joiners as well as employee training and development programs  Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns. Responsible for 'Background Verification' of employees Manage 'HRIS' and 'HRMS' systems and manage the 'Employee Exit' process Map employee shift rosters (individual and bulk) Generate various letters for employees (, visa letters, experience certificates etc). Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other employee perks. Collaborate with external vendors for benefits management. Job RequirementEducational Qualification Required:Bachelor's or a Master's degree in 'Human Resources' from a reputed university/institution. Skills and Experience Required: Should have 2-5 years of experience in an 'HR Generalist' role Should have excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge about other MS-Office products Should have experience in driving 'Performance Appraisal' process Should have managed 'Leave and Attendance' process  Hands-on experience in working with 'HRIS' and 'HRMS' software Should have excellent communication skills Global exposure will be an added advantage Five Reasons Why You Should Join Zycus: Cloud Product Company: We are a Cloud SaaS Company and our products are created by using the latest technologies like ML and AI.
